About J3di
J3di is a small public IRC network, founded by Fr3d, that has been running since the early 2000's. J3di is home to several IRC channels for various websites, including L33TSig, TheWinForums and Ebuyer.com.
Here is a very brief summary of the history of the J3di IRC network:
- J3di's roots go back to the early 2000's, when it started out as the IRC network for a then-popular MSN Messenger-related forum.
- After several merges, staff changes and renamings, the network eventually became "Fr3d.org", which ran successfully for serveral years.
- As the network grew bigger, I (Fr3d) renamed the network to J3di in June 2009.
